Registration fees include access to welcome reception, scientific keynote and plenary sessions, poster sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and printed conference materials. Also includes 1 year membership* in the International Society for Influenza and other Respiratory Viruses Diseases (isirv).

Registrations will be accepted online until September 1, 2012; after this date, delegates must register on-site.
- Cancellations received up to April 30, 2012 will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received between May 1, 2012 and July 31 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after July 31, 2012 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
Registration Changes/Corrections
All delegate registration substitutions and corrections must be made via email to the Conference Secretariat: info@controlinfluenza.com.
Please note: All corrections or substitution requests must note the conference name and delegate’s name in order to be processed. To ensure that all meeting materials can be prepared by the meeting date, please send all corrections and substitution requests by August 15, 2012. A confirmation form will be sent by fax for changes and/or corrections made to registrations.
